Request Functions
MAKE CHANGES – Makes changes permanent to the items you have checked, unchecked, or selected from a drop down menu.
CANCEL ALL – If you do not want any of your holds use this button to cancel all of your holds. You will be prompted with a message “This will affect all items. Are you sure?” Click OK if you want to proceed.
FREEZE – Selecting this “freezes” a request, letting other customers receive the item without losing your place on the hold list. This is useful if you will be on vacation and do not want holds to come while you are gone. The item will stay “frozen” until you remove the “freeze” check.
Hold Status
ON SHELF – The item you requested is checked in at another library and they have not yet taken it off their shelf and sent it to your library.
Ready. Must pick up by… – The item is waiting for you to pick it up at the library you requested it to go to.
IN TRANSIT – The item is on its way to you.
